A&R Edelman Ranks in the Top Four "Best Agencies to Work For" in 2004

A&R Edelman leapt into the #4 spot nationwide in the 2004 Holmes Report "Best Agencies to Work For" survey of PR agency employees this year, up from tenth place in 2003. Continuing dedication to employee quality of work/life and increasing investment in professional development, training, feedback and coaching helped A&R Edelman climb the rankings and win kudos from its employees in almost every survey category.

Among the individual categories, agency highlights for 2004 included being listed first in the country in employee satisfaction with training and second in work-life balance. A&R Edelman also landed in the top ten for management accessibility and community relations.

This year, more than 4,200 employees in 120 agencies nationwide participated in the blind survey, which which invites staffers to rate their firms on more than 40 criteria in categories such as empowerment, people and culture, communication, professional development, ethics and compensation.
